How we work it out
- Drinks = guests × hours × how your crowd drinks.
- Each cocktail uses about 45ml of spirit, so a 700ml bottle makes about 15.
- Beer is counted in 375ml cans or stubbies. A wine bottle pours about 5 glasses.
- Everything rounds up to whole bottles. Your custom menu comes with an exact list.
